Do I need my own domain?
You can use a domain you already own or ask us to arrange one as an optional paid extra. Registration and renewals are charged separately. The domain is registered in your name.
Can you set up a professional email address?
Yes. Business email setup and mailbox hosting can be arranged as optional paid extras. Pricing and renewal terms are confirmed before you order.
What changes can I request?
Two minor content-update requests per month, limited to 30 minutes combined. Major redesigns and unlimited changes are excluded. Normal response time is five business days.
How does setup and payment work?
Send an inquiry, review the proposed website, and agree to the service terms and payment arrangement. Your website goes live after agreement and payment. There is no automated checkout on this site.
Can I cancel or take my website elsewhere?
Cancellation notice, website-file handover, and post-cancellation hosting arrangements will be stated in the service agreement before you pay. Ask us for the current terms before committing.
Do you offer online stores or booking systems?
No. E-commerce, advanced booking, and custom software development are not included in this plan.
